The date and time for your Poster Presentation is published in the iPlanner.
Please note that you are required to print out your poster and mount and remove your paper poster in the Poster Area during designated time slots. You should stand by your poster and answer questions from delegates during Poster Viewing Session times.
The size of your poster should be 27 x 40’’ (68,6 x 101,6 cm), portrait orientation. Your poster number will be displayed at the top of your poster board.
Poster board and mounting material
Poster authors are required to mount their paper posters in the designated poster mounting times.
The Congress will supply the board, with a sign noting your poster number (at the top of your poster board). The number sign does NOT include the abstract title or listing of authors. Mounting material will be provided by Congress staff at the Poster Help Desk in the Poster Exhibition.
Give a short and comprehensive review of the basic items of your study. Divide your text into clearly delineated paragraphs and sections such as Introduction or Aim, Materials and Methods, Result and Conclusions. Remember that it is easier to read a paragraph of six lines or less. Your poster text should be enlarged so that it can be read at a distance of about one meter.
Drawings, diagrams and pictures are helpful and often necessary to illustrate results and conclusions. Make sure that your illustrations are easy to understand. Do not overload charts or drawings with information.
